A view is counted each time your timer image is loaded in an email. If someone opens the same email multiple times, each open counts as a view.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new tier's features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
On paid plans, additional views are charged at your tier's overage rate. On the free plan, timers will show an expired state once you hit the limit.
Yes, on Pro and Enterprise plans! Unused views roll over to the next month, up to your monthly limit. Starter and Free plans don't include rollover.
